The purchase contract is binding once you receive the order, or at the latest, when the return deadline of 14 days is over.
The articles are sold at the specified prices, the valid price is the one the client accepted during the order process.

If you should not be satisfied with the purchased article, you can return it. Please note the deadline of 14 days since the reception of the goods. You will have to inform us previously at the following email: email@example.com
Important: We do not accept returns for articles, that were specifically ellaborated for a client, as ie. personalized Party sets.
We only accept the return under the stipulation, that both the article and packaging are in perfect conditions.
Should the reason of the return not be a fault of HOLAMAMA SHOP, the client has to bear the shipping costs.
Reasons that are not considered a fault of HOLAMAMA SHOP are product changes, different models, colour or other characteristics, caused by a change of mind or purchase error caused by the client in the moment of the order process.
If the return of the articles is reasonable, HOLAMAMA SHOP wil pay the return delivery costs, but only if the Client contacts HOLAMAMA SHOP in the moment of order reception. The client can choose between a good exchange or money return (we reserve 15 days of handling from the moment the returned ware has arrived in our stock).

Special offers: are delivedred in perfect conditions and under the specified conditions, the number of articles is normally limited. As the offers are rest posts, the articles can be returned but never exchanged.
The prices always include Value Added Tax (IVA 21%), but no other taxes, duties or any other additional charge.
